Prepare several files together

Select up to ten files and choose the output format each destination needs. The preview processes jobs sequentially. Each source is inspected independently, so one unsupported or corrupt file does not make a completed result unusable.

Start with a small representative selection. A mixed batch can include different sample rates, channel counts and precision; the same output setting may be permitted for one recording and refused for another.

Keep versions easy to recognise

Up to three named output configurations help prepare delivery copies for different uses. Use meaningful names, check collisions and retain the originals. Saving a preset stores settings in this browser, not audio. A settings link shares format choices, not your selected recordings.

Review before downloading the collection

Check each result's codec, duration, bytes and warnings. Individual downloads remain useful if an archive cannot be created. If storage is tight, download and clear completed results before retrying a smaller batch. Never assume a ZIP success means the contents match the recipient's requirements.

The batch workflow guide covers failures, names and storage. Send feedback through Contact with the affected formats and message, without attaching private audio.
