Help us reproduce a problem
Include your browser and version, operating system, input and requested output formats, approximate file size/duration, the exact message shown and what happened in the downloaded result. Say whether the problem involved conversion, playback, metadata, a download or clearing temporary files.
A harmless synthetic or publicly licensed example is more useful than a private interview. Please do not email sensitive recordings, personal tag values, passwords or account details. Describe the issue first; no recording is required to send feedback.
Checking your own result
Keep the original. Try a small supported example, inspect its result and open the downloaded file in the receiving app. See format limitations and the current test evidence to distinguish an unsupported request from a reproducible fault.
